Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has emerged as one of the most eligible bachelorettes in professional sports. Fans have been swooning over virtually her every move, making her one of the most popular athletes in women’s basketball.

Naturally, fans have become very curious about the 22-year-old’s personal life. In particular, about whether or not she’s dating anyone.

Reese herself recently revealed that given how the fans can be so unrelenting with their scrutiny, she would prefer to keep any relationship hidden from the public. This all changed on Wednesday, though, after the former LSU superstar admitted that she was, indeed, in a relationship. However, it’s not what the fans are thinking.

Reese took to X on Wednesday to share a clip from a recent interview with Speedy Morman during the ComplexCon in Las Vegas. In her tweet, the Sky star professed her love for the Lord Almighty.

“I LOVE GOD.” she wrote.

In the video, Reese turned the tables on her interviewer by asking him if he was in a relationship. Morman responded by saying that he’s “in a relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

“I am, too,” Reese echoed. “God, I love you. I love you, God.”

Reese, a native of Randallstown, Maryland, is a devout Christian. She has never been shy about asserting her beliefs.

“I’ve always prayed and stuff before the game,” Reese said in a press interview back in May. “I’m really big on what got me here and God I wouldn’t be able to do it without God so being able to have that… I love that about the league, like being able to have chapel, like chapel is something that I really, really, really love.”

Once again, Reese has publicly revealed her faith, which played a significant role in both her career and her life.

When it comes to her relationship with a significant other, however, it appears that that aspect of her life will remain a secret.
