It looks like Christmas has come early for Serena Williams. After making numerous public appearances of late, the American legend took some time off and reunited with his family. The younger Williams sister called time on her illustrious career back in 2022 but has been her busy self. After retirement, Williams has put her focus on her business ventures and making investments in various fields. With the festive season fast approaching, the American legend has made a perfect start to it.

Serena Williams took to her official Instagram handle and shared a series of images that showed her enjoying at the Disney Park. The 23-time Grand Slam champion was joined by her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and daughter Olympia apart from sister Venus and mother Oracene. Additionally, a few other close friends were also present during the trip to Disney Park.

In one of the pictures shared by Serena, she and her family members can be seen posing in front of Disney Park. Further, Venus and Serena Williams also posed together at the same location. In another picture, Serena and Alexis Ohanian were captured enjoying a show at Disney Park. “There’s nothing like a quick family trip to @disneyparks. There no place like Disney,” Williams wrote in the caption, denoting how much she loved her outing with her family members.

While Serena and Venus Williams have made many appearances together recently, it was a rare reunion for them with their mother Oracene Price. Indeed, it was the festive spirit which reignited the warmth in the Williams family as they enjoyed their time out in Disney Park.

Amid all the fun and entertainment, it was heartening to see the Williams sisters reunited with their mother. She has been a pillar in the growth of their careers and Serena Williams recently highlighted the role she played during their early days in the sport.

While the impact of Serena’s father King Richard on the careers of the two sisters is no secret, her mother also had an important role to play while they pursued tennis early on. King Richard helped his daughters improve their s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 level, but it was Oracene who helped them with the mental aspect of the game.

Highlighting her mother’s role, Serena Williams revealed, “I say that if you have to take a human body my dad was a body and my mom was a spine and I think there’s no better way to describe it that’s how important and into us, she was to us to our family to my career um and uh yeah she really particularly with me she worked on my mental toughness more than anything else.”

Price could often be seen attending her daughters’ matches from the stands. She became a strong support character and backed her daughters even during tough times. Indeed, she changed the way Serena and Venus Williams looked at the sport.
