T-ara member Hyomin tied the knot on April 6th KST at a hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, surrounded by family, friends, and fellow members—putting to rest any ongoing rumors of discord within the group.
On April 8th KST, celebrity stylist Lee Eun Ah shared behind-the-scenes photos from Hyomin’s wedding via social media, writing, “My forever T-ara. Everyone said Hyomin’s wedding felt like a dream—just like a scene out of a movie.” The dazzling cherry blossom-themed decorations and the star-studded guest list made the event even more special.
Photos revealed a full T-ara reunion, with Qri, Eunjung, and even Boram, who left the group in 2017, all present to celebrate. Soyeon was the only member absent due to unavoidable personal circumstances, but her absence didn’t cast a shadow over the strong camaraderie on display.
Also spotted was Jiyeon, who had her own wedding at the same hotel three years prior. She was seen beaming, striking a playful “thumbs up” pose among the members. Her cheerful presence stood out especially since just a day earlier, she had posted a somber video singing Lee Ye Jun’s “Would I Have Been at Ease That Day”—a song with lyrics hinting at emotional struggles, sparking speculation at the time.
The wedding was held privately with close friends and family in attendance. Hyomin is now married to a businessman in the finance industry. In her official statement, she shared:
“He may not be a dreamboat, but to me, he’s charming. I’ve realized again how grateful I am for everyone who’s supported me. Thank you to those who celebrated this personal news, and to my fans—I promise my appreciation will never change. I’ll continue to live sincerely and diligently as Park Sun Young.(Hyomin’s real name)”
