Kanye West seems to have found inspiration in his wife, Bianca Censori, as he filed nine trademark applications for a phrase he shared on Instagram to celebrate her birthday, NME reports. The caption, “I miss you when I wake up before you,” accompanied a photo of Censori. According to reports, Kanye West filed the trademark applications on January 11, envisioning the phrase as a slogan for a diverse range of products and services.
Gregory Nelson, the attorney associated with the trademark applications, confirmed that he filed them on behalf of West’s corporation. The applications cover a broad spectrum, including moisturizers, “biological cloning,” and plush toys. The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) website indicated good initial filing requirements, and now awaits further examination.
West’s celebratory Instagram posts for Censori’s birthday featured risqué photos, with one caption describing her as “the most beautiful super bad fun iconic muse inspirational talented artist masters degree in architecture 140 IQ” and praising her as an “amazing stepmom to our children.”
