It’s been claimed that her closeness to her ex-fiance Ben Affleck had something to do with his recent split from his wife, Jennifer Garner.

But Jennifer Lopez shrugged off those reports on Monday, as she treated herself to some retail therapy in The Hamptons, New York.

The 45-year-old singer put her toned figure on display in a plunging sheer summer dress while she and a female friend hit up boutiques in the luxurious destination.

The 𝓈ℯ𝓍y number also had tan straps and a matching belt which wrapped and knotted around her taut waist.

JLo teamed her flowy frock with bronze sandals and added to her boho vibe by carrying a fringed crossbody bag.

The brunette beauty’s hair was sleeked into a top bun, as her eyes were concealed with red-tinted shades.

The mother-of-two amped up her ensemble with a few delicate necklaces and large metallic hoop earrings.

Over the weekend, she rang in the Fourth Of July with her toyboy Casper Smart, 28.

The couple was spotted walking their Boxer puppy on Sunday.

Casper was also riding his Hovertrax, a two-wheeled motorized device that is like a Segway without handles.

Jen and Casper have been on and off after cheating allegations arose in June of 2014.

But they have been spotted together again since this year’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Despite allegedly calling it quits, J. Lo and Casper appear to be either remaining good friends or rekindling the spark.

But the rumor mill recently churned out a piece of gossip that would possibly discredit J.Lo’s reconciliation with Casper.

E! reports that Ben Affleck reunited with his former flame J. Lo and whispered something in her ear at the 87th Annual Academy Awards.

Ben and Jennifer were engaged from 2002 to 2004 after starring together in the poorly received Gigli.

And according to The Sun, JLo is the reason for Ben’s recent split from wife Jennifer Garner. The site says that ever since the off-camera encounter at the Academy Awards, the two have been in constant contact.

After her high profile romance with Ben, the Booty singer dated and married Marc Anthony.

The TV series also stars Ray Liotta, Drea de Matteo and Warren Kole and while 13 episodes have been ordered by the network, there’s no date announced yet for when they’ll start airing.

The gritty NBC drama marks a change of pace for Jennifer who is more familiar to TV viewers as a judge on American Idol and who last appeared on the big screen playing a teacher who falls for a younger man in the erotic thriller The Boy Next Door.

But it’s clearly a change she wanted to make as the diva is co-producing Shades Of Blue in partnership with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest. Her company Nuyorican Productions is overseeing the NBC series with Elaine Goldsmith Thomas and Benny Medina.
