Madonna‘s management team held a crisis meeting on Zoom when they decided to postpone her gigs amid fears that she might not have survived the bacterial infection that saw her admitted to intensive care.

Who is Joshua Popper?

Joshua Popper is a heavyweight boxer who, despite only having competed in a handful of official fights, has expressed interest in turning professional at some point.

Aside from being a boxing coach, Josh dabbles in business himself – having founded his own boxing studio, Bredwinner in February 2021. The gym had its grand opening in November and offers boxing lessons in addition to hosting events.

Popper, 29, also trialed for two professional American football teams in the NFL – the Arizona Cardinals and the Indianapolis Colts – but failed to make either team’s final roster.

Prior to this business venture, the athlete had worked in New York City as an insurance salesman.

Popper has gained a small following on his social media as a boxing buff, but has also dipped his toes in reality television.

He appears on the latest season of Bravo series Summer House, which follows a group of nine young, attractive friends living a summer house in Montauk in East Hampton.
