She paired sleek trousers and a fitted blazer with a matching vest underneath, revealing a small portion of her midsection.

The outing marks Winfreyâs first since publicly admitting that her recent body transformation was due in part to medical assistance.
âI had an awareness of [weight-loss] medications, but felt I had to prove I had the willpower to do it. I now no longer feel that way,â she told People, adding that she was âactually recommending it to people long before [she] was on it [herself].â
Though the Weight Watchers ambassador chose not to name the specific drug she takes, she explained, âI now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing.
âThe fact that thereâs a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift â and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for.â
Winfrey â who had her âahaâ moment in July and is now seven pounds away from her goal weight of 160 pounds â said sheâs âabsolutely done with the shamingâ from others and herself.
Winfreyâs ever-fluctuating weight has been a topic of discussion since her career began.
âIt was a public sport to make fun of me for 25 years,â she told the magazine, recalling one specifically hurtful headline that referred to her as âDumpy, Frumpy and Downright Lumpy.â
