Reminiscing about the past, Priyanka Chopra shares that she is on cloud nine these days owing to her engagement to her beau, Nick Jonas. PeeCee and her singer boyfriend, Nick have been dating for quite a while now. It was on July 27, 2018, that we all received the sweet surprise of her engagement.
Her engagement news was confirmed by her Fashion co-star who was quoted as saying, “I spoke to Priyanka the other day and I congratulated her. She responded in a very… She seems excited and very happy. If such an event is taking place, I’d love to celebrate with her because she is lovely and she deserves all the happiness. She is a very dear friend. I get very happy and excited about weddings and engagements”.
i.e. August 06, 2018, Priyanka got back to India from Singapore where she was with her hubby-to-be, Nick. The latter had a concert there. After coming back to India, the Quantico star said to the media that her personal life is not for ‘public consumption’. Priyanka was at a talk, ‘Challenging the Status Quo & Forging New Path’ which was organised by FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) and Yes Bank, and she said, “My personal life is not for public consumption. 90% of my life is for public consumption but 10% is for me. I am a girl and I have the right to keep that to myself. My family, friendship, my relationships are things I don’t think I need to defend or explain it to anyone. I am not running for the Office, so I don’t think I need to give explanations”.
When she landed at the IGI Airport in Delhi yesterday, media and paparazzi madly surrounded themselves around her as soon as she made an exit. Priyanka smiled at them but apparently, she could be seen hiding her engagement ring.
Another video in which Priyanka and Nick were on a dinner date in Singapore has been making the rounds on social media. Their PDA and both of them going cosy in a nightclub when Nick wants to whisper something into Priyanka’s ears is making us all drool over the two.
Nick is 25 years old and Priyanka is 36. Their 11 years of age gap has been trolled quite often on social media. According to a media portal, “Nick loves dating older women, and if anything it makes Priyanka even more attractive to him. Nick has been obsessed with Priyanka since they started dating. He obviously thinks she’s beautiful, but he’s also drawn to her intelligence. She has this charisma and energy that draws you to her, and she’s fit in so well with his friends and family”. 
Speaking of their age gap, Jimmy Kimmel Live! host, Jimmy Kimmel took a dig at the age difference between the two on his show and asked her, “Are you dating Nick Jonas? Isn’t he like, 11 years old?” To this, Priyanka replied, “We were both wearing Ralph Lauren and we decided to go together. It was fun. I didn’t ask his age. Eleven? We were on the same table and we already know each other. So he was like ‘Hey, you wanna go together?’ And I was like ‘Yeah, okay, let’s go together.’ It ended up working out”.
Well, we can’t wait any longer for PeeCee and Nick to walk down the aisle. As for Priyanka’s statements on her privacy, we truly respect her opinions.
