Taylor Swift and her dancer handled a stage malfunction like pros during an Eras Tour performance in Dublin.
Taylor Swift isn’t afraid of a little stage malfunction. The 34-year-old pop star shook off an Eras Tour mishap on Saturday at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, when the platform she was standing on during “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” got stuck in an elevated position.
As Swift continued singing the heartbreaking song from The Tortured Poets Department album, dancer Jan Ravnik wasted no time coming to her aid and helping to carry her back down to the stage. Swift appeared unbothered by the snafu, flashing a big smile as she went on with the performance.
This is hardly the first time Swift has had to think on her feet mid-show. The star has hilariously embraced a number of unplanned show moments over the last year, dubbing them “The Errors Tour.”

Swift brought her Eras Tour to Dublin for three nights, receiving a warm welcome from U2 ahead of Friday’s show.
The “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer took to her social media and shared a lovely note and bouquet of flowers the band sent her way. On her Instagram Story, the 34-year-old singer noted that she was “already feeling that Irish hospitality” and thanked the legendary Irish rock band “for always being the classiest & coolest.”
The note read, “Dear Taylor, Welcome back to our hometown…. leave some of it standing?!!!! Your Irish fan club.” The note was signed by frontman Bono, guitarist The Edge, bassist Adam Clayton and drummer Larry Mullen Jr.

Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, even made an appearance during Sunday’s show, with fans speculating that his visit may have been a surprise to Swift herself.
In Swiftie-shared footage on social media, the singer lights up as she appears to notice Kelce in the VIP tent.
After wrapping the show, the couple was all smiles as they were seen exiting the stage together and waving to fans.
Swift is now enjoying a few days off before resuming shows on July 4 in Amsterdam.
Kelce’s latest appearance at the Eras Tour concert comes on the heels of his on-stage debut in London, where he joined Swift’s dancers to perform a bit ahead of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
A source told ET last Friday, “It was so much fun for Taylor and Travis to be on stage together at her show. It was definitely a new, defining point in their relationship and they had a blast getting the chance to show a personal side of themselves with the world. They are so happy with how everything turned out and loved seeing all the fan reactions.
The source continued, “They also had a great time practicing together behind the scenes and were so cute and sweet with each other. They are a naturally bonded pair. It was a very special experience for them and also hints at what their future might hold together.”
