For most of 50 Cent‘s career, he and Jay-Z have taken jabs at each other. Jay-Z seems to be laying low until Diddy’s legal drama ends, according to 50’s Instagram post on Wednesday (May 15).
50 captioned the post with, “Jay in hibernation he ain’t coming outside till this shit with puff blow over, no brunch, no lunch, No dinner. LOL. IM ALL YOU GOT IM OUTSIDE !”
Diddy is currently facing multiple lawsuits for 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual assault, resulting in federal agents raiding his properties in March. Diddy’s attorneys filed a motion to dismiss an ongoing Jane Doe case on Monday (May 13).

Diddy regularly attended Jay-Z’s annual Roc Nation brunch. The two longtime friends and moguls arrived together in 2020. The annual Roc Nation brunch was canceled in February.

Following the massive success of Get Rich or Die Tryin’, 50 Cent and Jay-Z went on tour and released signature Reebok sneakers together in 2003.In 2007, 50 Cent collaborated with Jay-Z and Diddy on the remix of his hit song “I Get Money.”
In 2022, 50 Cent performed at the NFL Superbowl Halftime show alongside Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige, which was spearheaded by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. Afterward, 50 Cent spoke on the performance, where he shared that Jay-Z attempted to roadblock his involvement in the performance.
