Shocking Payout: Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois Rake in Millions from Explosive Wembley Showdown!

A report states that Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois’s profits from their Wembley matchup have been made public. The event took place on Saturday night in London, where Dubois defied the odds to defeat his fellow British fighter in the fifth round and establish himself as the heavyweight champion.

He may now go up against opponents like Anthony Fury or Alexander Usyk, but it has also been said that a rematch with Anthony Joshua is also possible. Although Joshua’s future is uncertain, he has pledged to keep fighting despite cries for him to retire at the age of 34 after suffering his fourth professional defeat.

It has purportedly been disclosed how much money Anthony Joshua (right) and Daniel Dubois (left) made from their bout.

But the amount he is said to have received for the fight—which is expected to reach £25 million—might give him some solace.

Dubois caused an upset when he knocked out his fellow Brit in the fifth round of the fight

Joshua reportedly picked up a guaranteed £6million for turning up, with paymet possibly rising to £25m

As reported by GB News and Sporty Salaries, Joshua was assured about £6 million just for showing up. Depending on pay-per-view sales, the sum is considered to have the potential to more than treble.

Dubois is believed to have won a guaranteed £3.5 million, with the possibility that it may go up to £10 million; however, his future paychecks will most likely be larger following his historic victory. In the meantime, Joshua reaffirmed that he would not be retiring on Monday afternoon by breaking his silence following the loss with a video posted on his Instagram account.

‘We came up short but we have got to look at all the positives and that’s the mindset that we have to have – a positive one, always,’ he said in the social media video.

‘Look at what we’ve achieved in the space of 11 years and I want to thank every one of you that’s been riding with me.

‘What a rollercoaster journey. But you know what the problem is, is that it’s far from over yet.’

In contrast, Dubois is said to have received £3.5 million, with a possible £10 million payment. Joshua received more money than Dubois because of the media exposure his fight garnered despite Joshua’s defeat. Now, though, with a rematch unknown, he may have a long road ahead of him to become a three-time world champion. A record-breaking number of people have reportedly attended a British boxing match; Turki Alalshikh has said that’more than 98,128′ spectators attended.
