The trilogy featured both character-driven moments and some legendary battle scenes. Unquestionably, one of them is the scene in Forth Eorlingas from The Two Towers where Gandalf and the army of the Rohirrim, under the command of Éomer, join Théoden and Aragorn. The helmet that Éomer wore in that moment was retained by Urban for his own collection.

Karl Urban got immense love as the leader of the Riders of Rohan in The Two Towers | New Line Cinema
Karl Urban played a pivotal role in Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers as the leader of the Rohan riders, Éomer. The actor gave a very memorable performance in the iconic film series and even kept his character’s helmet. He showed the level of artistry and commitment that went into crafting the helmet in a video (via Entertainment Weekly).
Urban is still enamored by the helmet and explains how “it’s an absolute work of art”. He praised the work of Richard Taylor for making sure that every detail had a rich and articulate artistry to it. Audiences saw Urban’s character Éomer wear it during the hugely beloved Forth Eorlingas scene in The Two Towers. The scene begins with Aragorn telling Théoden to ride out with him.
As they storm out of the Hornburg at Helm’s Deep, the latter yells out “Forth Eorlingas” and charges at the Uruk-hai army head-on. As the sun comes up and Aragorn looks east, they see Gandalf on top of the mountain with the Rohirrim as reinforcements. As they charge down the mountain, the visual is captured in such a scenic way and the Gandalf theme playing in the background adds to the epicness of the scene.
The Return of the King’s Ride of the Rohirrim and this scene continue to rank among the greatest cavalry charge scenes ever captured on screen. With sweeping wide shots and soaring music that conveys the significance and excitement of the events happening, Peter Jackson expertly presents the classic moments. The reason Lord of the Rings is so adored by fans is because of these magnificent yet imaginative scenes.

“There’s a lot of material there, how Soldier Boy feels about Homelander, how Homelander feels about his dad, and so we really wanted to dig into that relationship. Soldier Boy is really driven to 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 Butcher after Butcher betrayed him in season 3. So he’s just an excellent antagonist, to switch sides and basically, you know, to be with the supes.”
It’s clear that Soldier Boy will play a significant role in season 5, but it’s unclear how he will respond to Butcher given what he did to him. It’s not going to be simple for Soldier Boy to defeat Butcher now that he’s a superpower.
