“Stop lying”: Angel Reese has Funny Marco redo her merch promo in a hilarious back-and-forth

Marco Summers, popularly known as “Funny Marco” is set to appear in the next episode of Angel Reese’s “Unapologetically Angel” podcast. The comedian, also an entrepreneur, is well-known for his merchandise. Summers’ shirts are sought after by fans for their attention-grabbing catchphrases.

During the YouTuber’s appearance on Reese’s podcast, she asked him to promote her merch. Summers began by saying that the Chicago Sky forward “begged” him to do it. Reese quickly cut him off:

Funny Marco stayed in the same vein for the retake. He said that Angel Reese “forced” her to promote her shirt. He eventually gave in and asked fans to check out her products in a monotonous tone. The two ended the hilarious exchange as Reese decided to use the clip for her promotion.

Angel Reese had Kiyan Anthony, Carmelo Anthony’s son, before the Funny Marco episode

Before the Funny Marco episode, Angel Reese had Kiyan Anthony, Carmelo Anthony’s son, as a guest in her podcast. Reese discussed several topics with the younger Anthony, including his thoughts about the “one and done” rule in college.

Reese said it was tough for her because she didn’t have that option while she played for LSU. She had to play for four years before she entered the WNBA.

Here’s what the high school basketball star had to say after she asked him if there’s pressure to enter the NBA after one collegiate season:

“I feel like if one and done happens, it happens. If it’s like opportunity where I can stay two years and then go to the league [NBA], that can happen too.”

Kiyan added that earning money through “NIL” is a trend in college so he does not feel the pressure to follow in his father’s footsteps. The New York Knicks legend led Syracuse to the championship in 2003 before jumping to the NBA.
