Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were spotted smiling and holding hands tightly while strolling in New York after celebrating 12th anniversary.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are all smiles in New York City.

On Monday, Sept. 16, Lively, 37, and her husband of more than 12 years Reynolds, 47, were seen holding hands while out for a walk in N.Y.C. The married movie stars both donned sunglasses and were seen with their arms around each other.

Lively paired a light pink sweater with jeans and a colorful bag for the couple’s stroll, while Reynolds matched his wife with a dark blue buttoned shirt emblazoned with pink doves. Both actors kept it casual in sneakers.

The It Ends With Us and Deadpool & Wolverine power couple’s outing comes one week after they celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary on Sept. 9. The couple, who share four children — daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 son Olin — first met on the set of their 2011 movie Green Lantern and married on Sept. 9, 2012.

“Blake and Ryan are a great team when it comes to both their family and work,” a source recently told PEOPLE. “They’re super supportive of each other. He’s very proud of her. They have a great marriage and love to celebrate everything they created together.”

Both Lively and Reynolds are enjoying the fruits of their success on the big screen as summer winds down; Deadpool & Wolverine and It Ends With Us are among the highest-grossing movies of 2024 so far at the worldwide box office. The two remain busy: their respective IMDb pages indicate many projects in the works, including a sequel to Lively’s 2018 movie A Simple Favor due in 2025.

Now more than 12 years into married life, Reynolds said during a July appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark that he and Lively often spend their date nights largely discussing their children.

“We went on a date the other night and our oldest was going to 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 us,” he recalled during that appearance. “Just for going on a date; just for tending to the relationship. And we did, and what’s crazy is, the whole time we’re there, we just talked about [our kids], when you think you’re going to be talking about [something else].”

Deadpool & Wolverine and It Ends with Us are now in theaters.
