Russell Wilson was disheartened by the Steelers‘ loss to the Cleveland Browns! But, nonetheless, the star QB is winning at life. And, his source of strength amidst the ups and downs comes from none other than his wife. Russell, who is approaching his 36th birthday soon this November 29, had a glamorous date night with Ciara on Saturday as she uplifted his spirits after the team’s loss.
Taking to her Instagram handle, @Ciara posted a vibrant photo with Russell, with a love face emoji in the caption, writing, “You had me at hello #DateNight.” Ciara looked extravagantly hot, with a low-cut print dress, and her new voluminous hairdo, which gave her an exquisite look.

The couple completed 8 years of marriage this year back in July, as Russell mentioned, “Celebrating 8 years of God’s love & grace over us @Ciara!” Not only this, back in October this year, he once again proclaimed his love for his wife, “Your heart and strength inspire everyone around you. You are the best mom, wife, best friend, and hardest worker! You are the best performer and dancer in the world!”
Together, they share three children – Sienna Princess (7), Win Harrison (4), and their youngest daughter, Amora Princess, born in December 2023. They also co-parent Ciara’s son from the previous relationship, Future Zahir (10). But, Russell’s post for Ciara came amidst his move to embrace the defeat.
Russell Wilson reacts to loss against Browns
Russell Wilson had made a transition to Pittsburgh Steelers at the start of this year, as he signed a one-year deal. But the recent loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 12 was quite disappointing, considering it is jeopardizing the Steelers’ chances in the high-stakes AFC North race.
The Steelers faced a 24-19 loss to the Browns, and post-game, the frustration was quite evident on the player’s faces. Wilson commented on the game stating, “We should’ve won that game. We felt like we battled…It was a tough environment…Unfortunately, we came up short.”
But, nonetheless, Wilson had delivered a strong performance, as he completed 21 of 28 passes for 270 yards along with a touchdown. And, making plans for the future, he intends to continue playing for the next 5-7 years. Although his contract is poised to expire in 2025, it seems that Pittsburgh is angling towards re-signing him, as he will enter the domain of free-agent QBs. Now, only time will tell what’s in store for Wilson’s future!
