On the final day of ComplexCon in Hong Kong, the five members announced that they will be taking a temporary hiatus following the court’s decision to block the group from pursuing independent activities under the name NJZ.
During the set, Hanni addressed the crowd, saying they would be “pausing all [their] activities from now on.” Haerin added that they have “heavy hearts” sharing this news with their fans at the event, as this stage “may be their last for the time being.”
Acknowledging that “this wasn’t an easy decision,” they expressed that they respect the court’s ruling and believe this “decision had to be made.”
Despite the setback, the members assured fans that they will come back stronger as they move forward.
