LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It appears that Travis Kelce has received approval from his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s family. A recent source confirmed that the family of the ‘Lover’ hitmaker is happy about the couple’s growing relationship.

Taylor and Kelce’s union has had its fair share of criticism from the public. However, the lovebirds’ private circle has nothing but praises to sing for their love for each other.

Recently, the Chiefs’ coach Dave Merritt spoke with Entertainment Tonight and revealed that Taylor’s entry into the Chiefs kingdom has boosted the team morale and ignited a positive change in the star tight end.

On the other hand, fans have attributed Taylor’s positive aura to none other than her father, Scott Swift, also known as ‘Papa’ Swift. Swifties flooded X recently, as they went on to laud Scott for his kind-hearted gesture toward the fans present at Taylor’s Sydney leg of Eras tour.

Swifties likened Scott to a ‘national treasure’ after a clip of him distributing refreshments to fans backstage went viral.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Taylor’s family is relieved and head over heels for Kelce as they have green-lit the singer and Kelce’s romance because they believe he can protect her always.

Travis Kelce’s impressive stature, standing at 6’5″ tall and weighing 113 kg, makes him look like a bodyguard when he’s out with Taylor much to the delight of her family.

A source disclosed to the Daily Mail, “Taylor’s family and everyone who knows her is so relieved by her relationship with Travis – not only because she is madly in love but also because he makes her security personnel job much easier. Travis is a big dude and no one would mess with him because, when it comes to Taylor, he would not play if someone tried to come near her. She has a built-in bodyguard at all times.”

The source added, “Travis has vowed to keep her safe and there is no doubt about this. No one will try to come close to her when she is holding hands with her powerhouse boyfriend.”

Despite, Taylor’s family expressing their joy over the ‘Anti-hero’ singer’s whirlwind romance with Kelce, numerous social media trolls shredded the couple on Facebook.

A user wrote, “They won’t last one year.”

Another user referred to Kelce’s behavior with his couch Andy Reid on Super Bowl, and wrote, “With his temper in public and behavior towards Coach Reed, Travis is a bigger threat to her than any stranger…”

A user commented, “Who will protect her against his anger issues.”

Another user commented, “The question is, Is he madly in love with her too?”
