But a comical clip has emerged of a woman doing some last minute hair DIY with a clothes iron – and it turns out even Cardi B is a fan of the method.

In the Twitter clip, the unfazed woman can be seen touching up her locks using an iron in her room.
The man filming the styling session unfold can be heard saying “now you know she from Dallas if she doing this”.
The woman’s friends look slightly baffled as she smooths her roots using the household item and even ask if it is hot, to which she replies: “it needs to be”.
The clip has clearly struck a chord with Twitter users, who have viewed the video over 60,000 times and left comments reminiscing about when they did it too.
