She has earned a pretty penny as one of the world’s most in-demand models – including for top lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret.
Now Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is lavishing her riches on a spectacular property portfolio.
Anxious to put down roots in the UK after recently returning from California with actor boyfriend Jason Statham, the couple have invested £15 million in three luxury homes in London.
They include a £5 million, seven-bedroom mansion which 33-year-old Rosie and Statham – the star of 1998 crime caper Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels – are currently renovating.
The couple paid cash for the property, which they are using as their London home since moving back to Britain with son Jack, three, after selling their £14 million Malibu mansion late last year.
They have also splashed out £7.5 million on a three-bedroom townhouse in Chelsea, which has been bought in the supermodel’s name and which friends say they plan to rent out.
A friend told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Rosie and Jason loved LA but as the saying goes, home is where the heart is. They knew it was time to return, especially as they were starting to think about school for Jack. The weather is a bit of a wrench for them as they both loved, and got used to, the California sunshine – but they are happy to be nearer to their families.’
The couple’s impressive four-storey family home is close to where 53-year-old Statham once lived with former girlfriend Kelly Brook before they moved to the US to focus on their careers.

While Rosie is working hard on sprucing up the interior of their property, the pair are also spending thousands on renovating the grounds by using the high-end London landscape and design company The Notting Hill Gardener.
It is also understood that Jack has been put on the waiting list for a nearby school, and there have been reported sightings of Statham riding a £2,000 Super73 electric bike in the area.
Last week, Rosie, who has signed a lucrative lingerie deal with Marks & Spencer, was seen near her new home dressed for the British winter in a long navy coat, chunky flat ankle boots and face mask.
Since starting modelling at 15, she has represented a host of other major brands including Burberry and Dolce & Gabbana.
Rosie became even better known in 2011 when she starred in the blockbuster movie Transformers: Dark Of The Moon, alongside Shia LaBeouf.
The model also bagged a part in the 2015 movie Mad Max: Fury Road, which starred Tom Hardy.
It is thought that Statham, whom she started dating in 2010, is away filming in Turkey with Lock, Stock director Guy Ritchie. During his absence, Rosie is preparing for the launch of a range of lipsticks she is releasing with French make-up brand La Bouche Rouge.
Speaking in Los Angeles in 2019 on her desire to return to her homeland, Devon-born Rosie said: ‘I have always seen a move back in the future, which I feel excited by. It’ll be a new chapter.
‘Since becoming a mother, I have found a growing desire to be close to my roots.
‘I’m very proud to be British and I think the UK is a really special place to raise a family.’
