She previously met with 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, when he was in office to pardon prisoners – including Alice Marie Johnson.
Kim was also joined by former inmates that had been recently pardoned, and the star said, per USA Today, that she was ‘honored’ to be there.
‘I am super honored to be here to hear your stories today and I think it’s so important to share them and amplify them because there are so many people that are in your position that could use the inspiration. I’m just here to help and spread the word.’
She also took to her Instagram stories as she took a selfie at the White House and penned, ‘Can’t wait to share all about the second chances event today at the White House. Thank you Madame Vice President.’
The star is currently studying law, and revealed last year in May that she got a score of 100 on her law midterm ahead of taking the bar exam.

Fans quickly began to theorize that the song was aimed at Kim, with Swifties pointing out that the capital letters in the title spell out Kim’s name.

Their feud seemingly began in 2016 when Kanye released a song titled, Famous, where he rapped, ‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have 𝓈ℯ𝓍/Why? I made that b**** famous.’
West claimed that the lyrics had been approved by Taylor, which she has denied. Kim – who was married to Kanye at the time – shared an edited video of the music artist calling the Bad Blood hitmaker and getting her permission.
The clip notably showed West – who also goes by Ye – sharing the idea but not the full lyrics, including his use of the word ‘b***h.

‘She’s over it and thinks Taylor should move on,’ the insider stated, adding that the SKIMS founder ‘doesn’t get why [Swift] keeps harping on it. It’s been literally years.’
A few days later on Thursday, a separate source told Us Weekly that the diss track on her latest record-breaking album is Taylor’s ‘final word.’
‘The song is her final word. Taylor has moved on and is not looking back,’ the source expressed to the outlet, while adding that Swift ‘has not heard’ from Kim over the track.
