The couple is selling the home – an incredible place that sits on Lake Washington and is 11,000 square feet – for $21.25 million.

A previous asking price is a reported $28 million for the pad, which features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a yoga studio and a recording studio in the house for Ciara.
