Ariana Madix said she didn’t know how long she would have stayed with Tom Sandoval if his affair hadn’t been exposed on Tuesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Bravo.

Show host Andy, 55, relayed a question from a viewer named Ashley who asked, ‘How long would you have stayed with Tom if you didn’t find out about his affair with Rachel?’

‘I’m not sure,’ answered Ariana, who split from Sandoval, 41, in March 2023 after learning of his months-long affair with her good friend Rachel Leviss, 29.

‘The relationship was in a bad place. I think there are other factors that contributed to that obviously I wasn’t aware of. But I take commitment seriously. So I’m not sure, actually,’ Ariana added.

Ariana, 38, also admitted that said she didn’t watch her own show Vanderpump Rules.

‘I live Vanderpump Rules,’ Ariana quipped.

Andy asked her Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Maloney, 37, who was also on the Bravo talk show, what she thought of Scheana Shay, 38, trying to coach Tom Sandoval, 41, on how to apologize to Ariana in the most recent episode of the show.

‘On the heels of last week’s episode, bizzaro land,’ Katie said. ‘I don’t understand it. It’s inconsistent.’

Andy asked then both if Tom’s old assistant Ann was still working for them at their soon-to-be opening sandwich shop. Ariana said Ann had just texted them and had another temporary job in-between filming.

When asked her honest opinion on her ex-husband Tom Schwartz, 41, moving in with Sandoval, Katie said, ‘I think it’s a terrible idea. Arrested development.’

One viewer asked Katie if at any point she considered Schwartz’s one-night stand offer to ‘eat snacks together on a bed on your phones.’

‘No, because that is way more intimate than sleeping together,’ Katie said. ‘I would have just rathered had 𝓈ℯ𝓍 with him.’

‘If he had said let’s have 𝓈ℯ𝓍 one more time, would you have done it?’ Andy asked.

‘I mean probably not,’ Katie said. ‘That’s really intimate lying next to someone and doing nothing.’

Andy asked if either of them were surprised by the things Scheana had been saying in her confessionals.

‘What I have seen, yes,’ Ariana said. ‘There was the back up dancer comment that I found interesting. I was like ‘huh?’

Ariana said being in Chicago on Broadway was her dream job and she hadn’t had time to catch up with all the episodes yet.

Andy then had Ariana play a game of ‘Sandoval or Nothing’. He asked her a series of ‘would you rather’ questions.

‘Would you rather come face to face with Miami girl again or hang out with Tom?’ Andy asked.

‘I’d rather be around any girl,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather listen to Kristen [Doute] detail her 𝓈ℯ𝓍 life with her boyfriend Luke [Broderick] or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy asked.

‘I’ll listen to Kristen detail that,’ Ariana said.

‘Ughhh…it just depends how much money I’m making,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather take Jo’s side in a fight with Katie or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy asked.

‘I think I’d rather hang out with Tom Sandoval,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather hang out with Jax Taylor alone for an hour or hang out with Sandoval?’ Andy asked.

‘I’ll take Jax,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather eat a steak that Schwartz wiped his bare ass on or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy asked.

‘Listen, I’ve done it once, I’ll do it again,’ Ariana said.

‘Ughhh…it just depends how much money I’m making,’ Ariana said

‘Would you rather mediate the marital drama in The Valley or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy asked.

‘I’ll mediate, unsuccessfully,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather get a tattoo of bacon on your behind or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy said.

‘I’ll hang out with Tom Sandoval,’ Ariana said.

Would you rather wash all of Brock’s bungee smugglers or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy said.

‘I’ll do Brock’s laundry,’ Ariana said.

‘Would you rather make out with Peter Madrigal or hang out with Tom Sandoval?’ Andy said.

‘I’ll make out with Peter,’ Ariana said.

Andy had Katie play a game called Vanderpump Rules where she said James Kennedy was at the biggest gossip, Brock Davies was the biggest two faced, Tom Sandoval had the biggest ego, Tom Schwartz had the worst style; Tom Sandoval or Schwartz had both cheated the most; and James Kennedy had the highest IQ and he was also the biggest catch.

Ariana and Katie also officially announced that their sandwich shop Something About Her would be opening May 22.

One fan asked Ariana how she felt after Lala Kent said she thought it was weird she started seeing Dan Wai so soon after her breakup with Sandoval. Ariana said that was really a question for Dan.

Another fan asked Katie if she met Schwartz’s new girlfriend and what she thought of her.

‘I have not met her,’ Katie said.

One viewer asked if they knew why Lala didn’t follow either of them on Instagram.

‘I don’t know,’ Ariana said.

Katie said she thought Lala said she moved to even out who she followed with her 2 million followers.

‘And you two were the fall guys?’ Andy said.

‘That’s what she said,’ Ariana said.

Ariana said she and Sandoval responded to a lawsuit filed against them by Rachel, but ‘not together.’

Andy said the reunion, which they already taped, was intense.

‘It felt like a really heavy day,’ Ariana said.

‘Very changing or altering,’ Katie said.

Ariana confirmed she got a new house, but that the old house she was sharing with Sandoval ‘is still under legal dispute.’
