Pittsburgh Steelers QB Russell Wilson will make some big-time bank on the sale of his massive estate in Bellevue, WA.
The Seattle-area compound, with six bedrooms and 5.5 baths, reportedly changed hands for just over $21 million, which is 15% less than the list price of $24.9 million. It’s now pending sale on Realtor.com®.
According to the Wall Street Journal, an adjacent lot was also sold for $9.75 million, bringing the total haul to $31 million for the former Seattle Seahawks star.

It’s quite a return on investment for Wilson and his wife, Grammy winner Ciara, who paid $6.7 million in 2015, when Wilson played for Seattle.
The couple had listed the glamorous estate in 2022 for a hefty $36 million, the state’s most expensive listing at the time. Even with the price reduction, the couple will come out well ahead.
2024 has been good to Wilson regarding real estate wise. He also unloaded his castlelike dwelling near Denver for $21.5 million in March. He had purchased the Cherry Hills Village property for $25 million in 2022, when he was traded to the Denver Broncos.
