And it seems the connection was ‘instant’ between Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, as the former boy band member explained to Entertainment Tonight.

‘It was kind of an instant thing,’ he said of the union, ‘I knew once we locked in together that I had a partner for life and a teammate, someone I could walk through the good times and the bad times with, and that was the key.’

Jonas couldn’t help but smile about his partner, telling the TV show: ‘I’m blushing now!’

The Jealous singer reflected upon 2018, saying he had ‘a good year’ and is ‘excited’ for what the future holds.

‘My life is very good right now, very excited, lots of good things coming up,’ he revealed. ‘It’s been a good year.’

The couple enjoyed their first New Year’s Eve as a married couple with a snowy vacation in Switzerland.

Sharing their wedded bliss, Priyanka posted a picture of the duo sharing a sweet kiss at the stroke of midnight.

She captioned the loved up photo: ‘From mine to yours.. Happy new year everyone! #2019.’

Both Nick and Priyanka have a busy year ahead.

The actress is slated for several projects in 2019, including the comedy Isn’t It Romantic and the biopic The Sky Is Pink.

Nick will appear in the animated film UglyDolls which is scheduled for release May 10 2019.
