Taylor Swift making the night for one lucky fan with a fantastic gesture during the performance of her hit song, 22 ❤️️🎩

Taylor Swift gave one young Swiftie a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the first night of three Dublin Eras Tour shows.

Taylor Swift made one young fan’s night, week and year during the first night of her three sold-out Eras Tour shows, as she gifted her her iconic bowler hat during a performance of 22.

Thousands of Swifties descended on the Aviva Stadium on Friday night to catch Taylor Swift perform an iconic set of tunes reaching from every corner of her discography. The massive concert began with an opening set from pop-punk icons Paramore, whose lead singer Haley Williams’ was clad in a Cranberries T-shirt.

There were a few surprises throughout the night, with Taylor sending her Irish fans absolutely wild when dancer Kam Saunders shouted ‘póg mo thóin’ to roars from Swifties, and one delighted little girl was shocked when the superstar shared a once-in-a-lifetime experience with her.

While performing her hit single 22, from her iconic fourth studio album Red, megastar Swift was wearing a black bowler hat and a white t-shirt with the words “I bet you think about me”.

The hat, a similar one to the one Taylor wore in the music video for 22, has become synonymous with the song – and her live shows, during which the star always hands out her hat to a young fan.

During her first night at the Aviva, the star wowed a young Swiftie who was giving it her all in the crowd singing and waving along, wearing red sunglasses and a t-shirt that said: “a lot going on at the moment.”

In a moment that surely made the young fans night, week and maybe even life, Taylor knelt down and hugged the fan before placing the hat on her head and giving her a high five. The young fan looked visibly stunned as the superstar passed her the hat, before launching back into the song on stage.
