It must be love! Smitten Jason Statham takes Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to Cartier

Jason Statham looked like the cat who’s got the cream as he stepped out in Los Angeles with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley yesterday.

The smitten 37-year-old actor was grinning from ear to ear as he strolled along a strip in Beverly Hills with the Victoria’s Secret model on his arm.

Statham, whose seven year relationship with model Kelly Brook ended in 2004, took his new love to Cartier during their shopping spree.

The blonde, who was casually dressed in skinny black trousers, suede boots and a grey jumper, looked rather pleased too as she emerged from the high-end jewellery store with a large carry bag.

At 22 she is 15 years his junior, but the age gap clearly hasn’t put either off.

The couple went public with their relationship at the Coachella Festival in California over the weekend and now seem comfortable with having their relationship in the spotlight.

Rosie previously dated Ronnie Wood’s son Tyrone and more recently was in a relationship with Kylie Minogue’s ex Olivier Martinez.

But it seems she has now fallen for the charms of Statham, who starred in the Transporter series and Lock Stock films.

At the beginning of last month Statham was in a relationship with long-term girlfriend Alex Zosnon, attending events together.

But he was spotted canoodling with Rosie at South Kensington’s Brompton Club in March.

‘They arrived together and took a table at the back of the club, with a few friends and a magnum of vodka,’ a source told the Mail. ‘They spent the night dancing together.’

Statham has become one of the most successful British exports to Hollywood, earning ­millions per film.

In 2010 he is set to appear alongside fellow action stars Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li and Mickey Rourke in The Expendables.
