And for the American Idol finale, Jennifer Lopez dazzled the crowd with a cover of Rihanna’s Diamonds and a barely-there glitter gown.
The 45-year-old’s garment flirted with the imagination as she performed the pop track with co-judges Keith Urban, 47, and Harry Connick Jr., 47, on Wednesday.

While Keith performed Even The Stars Fall For You, Jennifer at one point traded in her gown for a short black mini to sing Back It Up with Pitt Bull and Prince Roy.
A host of scantily clad back-up dancers paraded beside Prince Roy as he sang his brand new single.
Pitt Bull joined in his signature uniform of beige slacks, a handsome blazer, and sunglasses.

Former judge Steven Tyler performed Love Is Your Name, and even sang the classic song Piece Of My Heart with contestant Jax.
Fall Out Boy jumped onto stage to belt out Centuries with finalists Nick Fradiani and Clark Beckham, while Jamie Foxx serenaded the audience beside contestant Rayvon Owen.
New Kids On The Block also made an appearance, while Janelle Monae wore a gold tiara as her team of back-up dancers grooved to the beat.
That night handsome rocker Nick beat out Clark and was named the next American Idol.

The Adam Levine-lookalike from Guildford, Connecticut, had perhaps gone into the final as favorite, at least for the judges who had been harsher with their comments aimed at Clark during the season.
But in front of a live audience that including Hollywood superstar Nicole Kidman and former Idol judge Steven, Nick seemed clearly overwhelmed as his name was read out as the winner.After being swarmed by the other contestants from season 14, host Ryan Seacrest asked for his reaction and Nick admitted: ‘I can’t even think right now.’
