Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a powerhouse of talent who needs no introduction. Her stunning looks, unparalleled dancing s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s, and exceptional acting spree have garnered her worldwide popularity. Aishwarya married Abhishek Bachchan on April 20, 2007, and the duo embarked on the parenthood journey with the arrival of their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, in November 2011. Ever since Aishwarya became a mom, she took a good break from Bollywood and chose to do very limited films.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her comeback with the film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which was released in 2016. Her chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor impressed everyone and her bold avatar left the audience’s jaws dropped. While fans believed that Aishwarya was back to steal their hearts all over again, she went missing from the silver screen and left everyone disappointed. It can be said that Aishwarya’s priorities have changed, and today, she is a mother to Aaradhya before anything else.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan strongly reacted to losing herself to babies and marriage

Recently, we stumbled upon an old video of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan from an international press conference, wherein she was asked about her plans to embrace motherhood. The journalist also asked the then-newly-married actress if her fans would lose her after she would have babies with Abhishek Bachchan. She was asked by the international media:

“We hope we don’t lose you to babies and marriage.”

Soon after, someone interrupted and mentioned that the media should not ask any more personal questions to Aishwarya. However, the actress was very proud to answer the journalist’s query and gave a beautiful response. Aishwarya shared that she was enjoying marriage and was looking forward to babies and added:

“I am looking forward to babies, I am enjoying marriage, there is no question of losing oneself to it.”

Abhishek Bachchan called Aishwarya Rai a ‘Supermom’

In an interview with the news agency, ANI in 2017, Abhishek Bachchan pointed out how people refer to his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the most beautiful woman in the world. He called her a ‘Supermom’ and shared how the latter does everything for their 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 girl, Aaradhya. Further heaping praises on Aishwarya, he said that he is amazed by the fact that his wife never complains about anything and is always kind and compassionate. Abhishek continued:

“When she became a mother her career took a backseat. Today, she does everything for Aaradhya. She is supermom. Till date people refer to her as the most beautiful woman in the world, and I know she is immensely grateful for the love. She values her fans and enjoys the adulation as well as the trappings of her career. Even with the hectic travel schedules and erratic work hours, I’ve never heard her complain about front or back of the plane, Maruti or Mercedes.”

When Jaya Bachchan shared that Aishwarya does a very good job of being a hands-on mommy

Well, not just Abhishek Bachchan, the entire Bachchan clan agrees with the fact that Aishwarya is a loving mommy like no other. Once, in a media interaction, Jaya Bachchan also spoke about her granddaughter, Aaradhya and shared that she’s very lucky to have Miss World Aishwarya Rai as a nurse. Calling Aish a hands-on mommy, Jaya had said:

“I think that Aishwarya does a very good job of the hands-on mummy. And sometimes I tease her and say Aaradhya is a very lucky girl — can you imagine having a nurse like Miss World Aishwarya.”
