Simon Jordan has playfully planned an Oasis reunion for Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois.

Liam Gallagher, the former lead singer of one of Britain’s best bands Oasis, will play live at Wembley Stadium before Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois fight.

The Gallagher brothers have not talked since Oasis disbanded in 2009.

Gallagher and his brother Noel haven’t communicated since Oasis split in August 2009, although both are boxing enthusiasts.

“It looks like a pretty significant event with Liam Gallagher performing at the fight,” Jordan stated on the most recent episode of talkBOXING.

“It would be much better if he could get his brother to return and perform on stage with him.

“Maybe I’ll bring Noel along since he came to the previous bout. That would be surprising.

“That would be a surprise if Noel was sat there waving at his brother, but that’s a different discussion.”

Pundit Spencer Oliver then added: “You are the man to make it happen.”

The famous Gallagher brothers have yet to come face-to-face since the split, but have regularly attended matches of their beloved Manchester City in separate areas.

Both Liam and Noel have teased a reunion, but have urged either side to pick up the phone if they are eager to make it happen.

As of now, no reunion is in the pipeline but fans of the 90’s band have urged the two to settle their differences and perform again.

Oasis broke a number of records during their time in the limelight, including album ‘Definitely Maybe’ becoming the fastest-selling debut of all-time on UK shores.

It is understood Liam will perform three Oasis classics to the 90,000 strong crowd expected to be in attendance.

Shortly after, British rivals Joshua and Dubois will meet with the IBF heavyweight world title at stake.

AJ is looking to become a three-time world champion, and is marginal favourite going into the contest against live underdog ‘Dynamite’.

And Jordan believes Joshua will have simply too much for Dubois despite his powerful threat.

“I don’t think it sees the seventh round. I think it goes within six,” he continued.

“I think the jab is very important. I think Anthony Joshua is a different animal to Filip Hrgovic.

“My feelings are that Anthony Joshua will have too much for Daniel Dubois.

“But if he were to lose to Dubois, there is a legacy argument to lose to another British fighter.”
