Jennifer Lopez has managed to maintain her enviable curves even as she approaches 52.

But the Hustlers actress has shared with InStyle Magazine that she is not working out more these days, just in a more calculated way that has resulted in a better sculpted frame.

‘I’m in the best shape of my life. In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now. It’s not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn’t take me as long as it did in the past,’ said the mother to twins Max and Emme.

The former Fly Girl is reportedly 5ft5in, about 139lbs, with a 26inch waistline.

The conversation began when her ex-fiance Ben Affleck told the publication, ‘Where are you keeping the fountain of youth? Why do you look the same as you did in 2003 and it kind of looks like I’m in my 40s…at best?’

Lopez – whose next film is Marry Me with Owen Wilson – replied: ‘I don’t have any [beauty] secrets except JLo Beauty — and I’m giving them all to everyone with every product. Ben is funny! He still looks pretty good too.’
