Wembley Showdown: Anthony Joshua Delivers Spine-Chilling Threat to Daniel Dubois.

The pair are due to fight at Wembley in the autumn.

ANTHONY JOSHUA appears to have issued a terrifying message to Daniel Dubois as the Brits prepare for a Wembley confrontation.

Dubois won the AJ sweepstakes and the interim IBF heavyweight title last weekend in Saudi Arabia, defeating the previously undefeated Filip Hrgovic in the eighth round via TKO.

Daniel Dubois stopped Filip Hrgovic in Saudi to claim the interim heavyweight title.

Victory over Hrgovic saw Dubois set up a huge domestic dust-up with Anthony Joshua.

AJ was ringside for Dubois’ huge victory and has issued a terrifying warning on Instagram.

We understand the two are currently in talks over a major domestic spat at Wembley Stadium on September 20 or 21.

Joshua, 34, was ringside for Dubois’ biggest victory of his career, but he has told him that if they fight, he will suffer another setback in his world title dreams.

Taking to Instagram to share a photo of himself watching the fight, AJ wrote: “The hardest part about my job is realising you have to ruin someone else’s dream to achieve yours.”

Dubois, 26, suffered heartache in his first crack at heavyweight gold against undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk last August.

And he’s vowed to “demolish” Joshua on his way to a second crack at a world title.

He said: “That’s what I’ve been hearing [that Joshua could be next], so let’s see.

“[Being world champion] is a dream.

“From challenging for the world title to getting the chance to win the damn thing outright, that’s what I want.

“I’ll demolish Joshua. I’ll get even better from here.”

Joshua has won four consecutive fights, most recently defeating former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in a shocking second-round KO.

But he refuses to overlook Dubois, who bounced back from his TKO loss to Usyk by stopping Jarrell Miller and Hrgovic.

The former two-time unified heavyweight champion said: “I’ve got to pick them off one by one.

“It’s not going to be easy, but that’s my mentality. So come one, come all…

“He [Dubois] has been in tougher fights, so he becomes hardened.

“He has worked his way up the ladder, we’ll see what happens in the near future.

“Wembley, O2, York Hall – wherever they put me, I’m happy to fight. Any venue, I’ll turn up and do my job.”
