After Ciara Wilson gave birth to the family’s sixth daughter, Russell Wilson purchased a mansion for the price of $36 million to give to her.
Russell Wilson, a former Seattle Seahawks dual-threаt quarterback who won the Suρer Bowl and was transferred to the Denver Broncos, and Ciara, a mononym fashion model and R&B singer, have offered their mansion in Bellevue, Washingtоn, for a price of $36 million.
Both the singer of “Goodies” and “Speechless,” who is also a relentless entrepreneur and a passionate philanthropist, and Wilson, who was once the highest-paid player in the National Football League and made $35 million per year during his final years with the Seahawks, are hopeful that the sale of their two-parcel waterfront mansion will allow them to triple their money. Two separate transactions, one in 2015, the year before they got married, and one in 2019, each resulted in the purchаse of the two plots for a total of $13.4 million.
Both the main house parcel and the nearby plot with a detached garage and a sport court are listed separately by Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Company. The main house parcel is listed at $28 million, while the neighboring plot is listed at $8 million.
A total of approximately 1.9 acres of lushly maintained land that slopes down to 270 feet of breathtaking Lake Washingtоn coastline comes together to form the two properties. A hilltop with views of the city and the water was the location of the grandiose main residence, which was built in 2007.
There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms spread across three levels of a building that is somewhat more than 11,000 square feet in size. The building is served by an elevator and a circular staircase made of wrought iron.
Some of the highlights include a black library/office, two formal dining rooms, and an entrance that is twenty feet in length. Groin-vaulted Corinthian columns serve as the partitions between the enormous space. One of the sides is a sizable kitchen that is adorned with elaborately carved bоne-white woodwork.
Antique wood doors with Southeast Asian carvings, at least four stone fireplaces with exquisite carvings, and a circular dining bay off the great room that offers views of downtown Seattle and the lake are all features that can be found throughout the home.
Plum, violet, and eggplant are some of the colors of purple velvet that are used to decorate the opulent bathroom that is located in the main suite. It also features a garden tub and a sauna made of cedar as well.
Both the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” and the 200 square feet of custom closet space that are included in the large suite contribute significantly to the overall sense of opulence.
A gaming area lounge and a pleasant screening room with wood paneling can be found on the lower floor, which has been restored.
A treehouse in the backyard that is two stories tall and features a faux-fur rug, leather sofa, and a flat-screen television is more suitable for adults than it is for children. Floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the city and the water.
